Horror!
Urgh!
Woke up yesterday to find my right eye half filled with blood!
Yuck and Fuck! What's going on here?
Nothing much, actually. It seems to be a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage, probably caused by me rubbing my eyes in the morning, or possibly high blood pressure from Friday evening's attempt to play tennis.
Looks horrible though and it'll be a few days before it disappears...

My mum had this happen to her once. I think it's one of those conditions that just gets better.

Don't worry. I had that a while back. I rubbed a lens into the eye, which I thought I had lost. But the ophthalmologist told me, its a rather frequent story, even without what I did. He prescribed some lotion (artificial tears) and told me to be patient. In my case it took precisely a week to disappear. As he had told me.
I see, considering the date. I just told you something you know already.
Thanks for the advice - it's pretty much back to normal now.
